MEDICATION STOP DATES FOR DR. LEDERHAAS PAIN PROCEDURES

***Please do not hesitate to call (515) 974-5465 or email results@lakeviewsurgerycenter.com for questions regarding medications.***

When holding medications, please include the day of your procedure as a hold date.  (For example,  if you are supposed to stop your medication 3 days before your procedure, and surgery is on a Monday, your last dose would be the Friday before surgery.)
