MEDICATION STOP DATES FOR DR. LEDERHAAS PAIN PROCEDURES
***Please do not hesitate to call (515) 974-5465 or email results@lakeviewsurgerycenter.com for questions regarding medications.***
When holding medications, please include the day of your procedure as a hold date. (For example, if you are supposed to stop your medication 3 days before your procedure, and surgery is on a Monday, your last dose would be the Friday before surgery.)
Please review the following for important STOP DATES ON CERTAIN MEDICATIONS.
We understand your doctor may not have scheduled you for your surgery prior to these stop dates, but there may be a possibility that surgery may need to be postponed for your safety.
